Eminem was born, Marshall Bruce Mathers III, on October 17, 1972, in Kansas City, MO.
Eminem was raised by his mother, and traveled from one trailer park to another in his early years. When Emmenem was 12, His mother finally settled down in the East Side of Detroit.
Eminem was a quiet child, interested in comics and TV. While a student in Junior High School, Emenem became interested in '80s rap acts such as 2 Live Crew, L.L. Cool J and NWA, and he began to open up more in the form of rapping and rhyming.
